clean hotel with very very helpful staff and quiet location really close to marain road, main train station, and kochi. tidy and cozy room overlooking city.

Everything was perfect, with helpful stuff, met every demand. The hotel was short walk to Ernakulam and main train station thanks to its peaceful and magnificent location.

The hotel offers neat rooms and a lot of savory food. The employees are friendly and excellent. The location of the hotel in Kochi is peaceful and excellent, close to the main train station and marine road.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They were well-staffed, ensuring that I received all the support I needed promptly. The young receptionist at checkout was especially helpful, displaying utmost respect and excellent manners.

I was initially given a room which was priced lower, but I later upgraded to Room 310, which I liked even more. However, I found that some amenities, like the dental kit, were missing.

I had a great experience at North Seven. The staff was polite and the hotel was clean. The ambiance created a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the dental kit they provided.

I did encounter a few minor issues. The toilet flush tank had a defective push switch and there were only two cups provided in the room, despite there being three of us.

The hotel's peaceful location near Queen's Walkway was really nice. The room was neat, cozy, and well taken care of. The city center wasn't too far away, making it convenient to explore.

The hotel had very good cleanliness and comfort level. the food was also quite good. I especially liked the complementary dental kit and quick service for amenities when requested. the location was central to the area and easy to access local attractions.

The restaurant had strict timings and the staff was not very accommodating for late check-out which is bothersome. the room had some cleanliness issues like dirty walls and improperly working AC that need improvement.

The hotel's secluded location is perfect for those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests' needs are met. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms well-maintained, giving guests a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The lack of additional facilities may leave guests wanting more during their stay.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of options to choose from.

Our stay was marred by some negative aspects. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we noticed some stains on the walls and the floors were not properly swept.
